What it covers

  • Every flat field you own, and the people you invite to them.
  • Paid through Stripe. Switch between monthly and yearly, change how you pay, or cancel, from your account.
  • If a payment fails, editing stays open for 14 days while you update the card. If the subscription ends, your fields are kept and open read only, and you can still download them.

Cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, and partial periods are not refunded. See the Terms.

Questions

Do the people I invite need their own subscription?
No. Your subscription covers everyone you invite to your fields, as editors or as viewers. They only need an account to sign in.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from your account, through Stripe’s billing page. The change is prorated by Stripe.
What happens to my fields if I cancel?
You keep editing until the end of the period you paid for. After that your fields stay in your account, open read only, and you can download each one as a file. Subscribe again and they open for editing as they were.
Are payments refunded?
Partial periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it or if we end the service. The Terms have the details.
What is a flat field?
Your outline on level ground with an open sky: full sun from sunrise to sunset, with no slope, trees or buildings around it. You draw it, or type a width and depth, and give its location.
